Celebrating Peggy's arrival to Venice 60 years ago and her particular vision of life, this collection designed by FABRICA for the Peggy Guggenheim Foundation finds its origins in her eccentrically personal character.
By the superimposition of primary colours life is brought back into black and white photography of Peggy at her Guggenheim, observing the wonderful city of Venice where she chose to settle in 1948.
In her honour, communicating with items that she loved: the typewriter, her sunglasses, her dogs and her fascination for clothing and patterns, the collection evokes subtly her personality.
Bringing together computer tools and serigraphy, technique which is linked to painting and art, enhances her passion for energy into the modern day.
Her unique edge has inspired a limited edition of numbered sketchbooks, suitcases, t-shirts and ceramic items.
