On 5th June the UN celebrates World Environment Day around the globe. Fabrica has produced a video on how we consume and waste food, with the support of UNRIC (United Nations Regional Information Centre) and UNEP (United Nations Environment Programme). The video has been selected to be shown for the whole month of June in Times Square, New York, and Piccadilly Circus, London, during UNEP's celebrations for this observance.
